Preparation

Hang from a rod with your arms fully extended. The legs should be slightly behind the body.

Guide

Lift your legs until you get a 90 degree angle with your legs. Exhale as you perform this movement and hold for a moment to return to your starting position.

Repeat for desired number of repetitions.
