This is an exercise for forming the chest muscles. It is very similar to regular flyers with manuals.
Set a bench to 45 degrees. Hold a manual in each hand. Leave your feet in contact with the floor. Place the manuals on the side as you would in a regular flys.
Lift the dumbbells over your chest in a curved motion. At the top, your little fingers will meet. Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position. Repeat.
The hips and back should be in contact with the bench through the exercise.
