Preparation

This exercise uses cable to isolate triceps.

Attach a handle to a low cable. Stand with your back to the weight stack. Have shoulder width distance with your feet. Hold the handle with the left hand. Place the right hand on the left armbug for support.

Guide

Press the left arm straight up to the ceiling. Then lower back to the starting position. Repeat with other arm.
