This exercise is done lying on a rowing machine.
Attach a rope to the cable in a rowing machine. Lie on the back of the bench with the head facing the rowing machine. Grasp the rope with your palms against each other and lift your arms over your chest. The forearms should be parallel to the floor at a 90 degree angle.
Press your arms upwards and squeeze the tricep muscles. Return slowly to the starting position and repeat.
