This exercise uses cable to isolate triceps (muscle on the back of the arm).
Place a incline bench by a cable. It should turn away from the cable. Attach a short straight bar to the cable and adjust the height so your arms can fully extend. Lie on the bench and grab the bar with a narrow grip.
Start with your elbows bent over your head. Slowly lower the bar towards your feet. Take a short break and return to the starting position. Repeat.
